Placing an Order

Customers have to pay (using ‘pay now’ button) when they place an order.

PRINTED MUSIC: YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL & REFUNDS

Online, telephone and mail order customers can cancel their order up to 14 calendar days after their order is delivered. A cancellation form is provided, but you do not have to use this form.
We will offer a refund to customers if they’ve told us within 14 days of receiving their item that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the item once they’ve told us and paying the cost of return themselves.
We will refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the item back or the customer providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner.
We will not deduct any fees from refunds, unless an item has been used, damaged or if the value of the goods has been reduced due to the customer handing the printed music more than was necessary.
We will only accept returns from the person who bought the item.
Please note that there are certain printed items (e.g. made-to-order) where we only offer a refund if they are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly by us. In these situations, we will either replace the goods or offer a refund.

DIGITAL MUSIC: YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL & REFUNDS

Online, telephone and mail order customers of digital content music will be asked to give their express consent acknowledging that, once the download starts, they will lose their right to cancel. Therefore, we are unable to refund orders for digital editions unless they are faulty. If you buy a title by mistake, we are still unable to issue a refund, as there is no possible route for returns due to the digital nature and immediate accessibility of the product.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

If an item is faulty (other than minor editorial slips) or damaged when you receive it, please let us know by telephone or email. We will supply a replacement or offer a refund.

DELIVERY OF PRINTED MUSIC

If an item is held in stock, we will usually despatch the printed music within five to seven working days. In the case of reprinting, made-to-order or an out-of-stock item, delivery of printed music to customers will take about three days longer, but always within 30 days, unless a longer period has been agreed.
If an order contains a mix of in-stock and out-of-stock items, we will decide whether to send part of the order immediately or to hold back the entire order until all items are ready for despatch. We also reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale without incurring liability.

DELIVERY COSTS
For shipping within the United Kingdom, add £3.95 p&p where the order value is up to £24.99, add £5.00 p&p for orders of £25-£99.99 in value, add £8.25 p&p for orders of £100-£199.99, or add £9.50 p&p for orders of £200-£299.99.
For shipping to Europe (except UK), add £12.00 p&p where the order value is up to £24.99, add £16.50 p&p for orders of £25-£199.99, or add £30.00 p&p for orders of £200-£299.99.
For shipping to Australia, add £19.50 p&p where the order value is up to £24.99, add £35.00 p&p for orders of £25-£199.99, or add £55.00 p&p for orders of £200-£299.99.
For shipping to Canada, add £16.50 p&p where the order value is up to £24.99, add £30.00 p&p for orders of £25-£199.99, or add £45.00 p&p for orders of £200-£299.99.
For shipping to USA, add £16.95 p&p where the order value is up to £24.99, add £32.00 p&p for orders of £25-£199.99, or add £55.00 p&p for orders of £200-£299.99.
Shipping will not be applicable for digital editions, supplied as downloads.

PRICES
The recommended UK retail prices, as shown in (GBP) pounds sterling (£), exclude postage and packing. They are also subject to change without notice. If GBP is not your usual currency, the exchange rate to your local currency will be determined by your credit card company.
